If I may add something, when you mention 6 percent going into agents' pockets it may be important to include that this is usually split between the selling and buying agents.  Unless you already have potential buyers in mind, the buyer may be represented by an agent.  If you include a guarantee (usually around 3%) to the buying agent you will likely attract more buyers.  You still avoid the commission you would have had to pay an agent to represent you as a seller.

If home seller is really not any time to pick the calls and post a listing on fsbo site, then nobody can do anything and hiring a realtor is good option in that case but i think if you are saving a lot of money by just giving some time then its worth dealing in.</description>

But still that will be very very less than the realtor (those charge directly 6%) so i think its worth trying such fsbo companies.
